Featured Project: Core Scientific Data Center
Denton, TX
Geotex supported Core Scientific’s Denton data center campus, a large-scale high-density development with nearly 300 MW of available capacity, with geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing services. Our geotechnical work addressed the data center buildings, substations, pavements and drives, including foundation design parameters, estimates of potential vertical movement, subgrade preparation recommendations and pavement design. Construction materials testing covered multiple data warehouse buildings, a technology center, utilities and associated site paving. Geotex later returned to support a crane pad project at the campus.
