Geotex Engineering has an excellent opportunity for a Geotechnical Project Administrator. Experience in construction administration is helpful, but not required. Must be able to quickly learn an industry specific software.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Answer customer calls quickly and in a professional manner
  • Key in all data pertaining to specific jobs into gINT swiftly and correctly
  • Support the project managers by assisting with 811 locates and using Google Earth
  • Process all client invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Prepare client job specific documentation as per specification
  • Other duties as assigned

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to withstand moderate physical activity (standing, lifting, walking, bending, stooping over, reaching, etc.)
  • Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work overtime as needed

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills are required, especially Excel
  • Microsoft Exchange preferred
  • 1 or more years of AP experience preferred
  • Must be able to prioritize duties and tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work effectively with limited supervision
  • Must be dependable
