Featured Project: The Cove at the Lakefront
Little Elm, TX
Geotex partnered with the Town of Little Elm and the design team to support the development of The Cove at the Lakefront, a $23 million indoor aquatics center that brings year-round fun to the community. Our team provided both geotechnical engineering and Construction Materials Testing services throughout design and construction. Services included drilled shaft and ACIP foundation recommendations, density and lime testing, masonry and shotcrete inspection, and structural steel observation. The 42,000 SF facility features a retractable roof, wave simulator, water slides, lap lanes, splash pad, and a lazy river – all connected to the existing recreation center.
