Amy Brothers has been selected as a nominee for the Dallas Business Journal’s 2025 Women in Business Awards. Amy is one of just 30 outstanding female leaders across North Texas recognized this year—chosen from more than 280 nominations.
A judging panel made up of past honorees and DBJ newsroom leaders reviewed submissions and selected professionals making exceptional contributions to their industries and communities.
Since acquiring Geotex Engineering in 2014, Amy has transformed the company from a small local firm to a thriving regional leader. Under her direction, Geotex has achieved a cumulative 3-year (2022-2024) revenue growth 0f 116%.
Amy, and the other accomplished leaders, will be honored for their achievements at the Women in Business Awards Luncheon on August 21 at the Fairmont Dallas hotel.
