Oxenfree Rowlett – Where Collaboration Builds Community

Geotex is proud to feature Oxenfree Rowlett as Project #14 in our 15th Anniversary Notable Projects Countdown. This build-to-rent development by Core Spaces is bringing 158 single-family homes and townhomes to Rowlett, TX, all centered around walkable streets, resort-style amenities, and green spaces that support community living.

Behind the scenes, this project reflects a coordinated effort between industry leaders:

• Morphic served as construction manager for the horizontal infrastructure, delivering finished residential lots
• Treehouse Builders leads vertical construction of homes and amenities
• Geotex provided the geotechnical engineering that informed design and grading—and is now providing construction materials testing services in partnership with Treehouse Builders.

From earthwork to final finishes, Geotex’s role supports quality, safety, and performance at every step. Our team also supported Oxenfree Stonebriar in Frisco, another Core Spaces community, with similar geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing services.
